Psycho-Educational Assessments

"Every student can learn, just not on the same day or in the same way".
~ George Evans

Brains are built differently. Diversity is a natural, valuable part of the human experience. Rather than viewing differences as deficits, our neurodiversity-affirming assessments focus on uncovering how you or your child naturally thinks, learns, and thrives, while identifying practical supports.

What to Expect

  • We begin with an in-depth conversation about development, school, and personal history—focusing on past wins, current hurdles, and your goals for the assessment.

  • We review past records (report cards, previous assessments) and gather insights from families and teachers through focused questionnaires and interviews.

  • Through interactive activities and standard academic tasks, we explore processing styles, problem-solving approaches, and learning patterns relative to age or grade level.

  • We translate findings into a comprehensive report designed to inform recommendations for accommodations and funding across school, university, or the workplace. We then meet with you to review details, answer questions, and provide both digital and print copies.

Assessment Fees

Initial Screening Consultation | $235
A dedicated session to explore your history, clarify goals, and determine if a psycho-educational assessment is the right fit. There is no obligation to proceed, and your psychologist will discuss tailored assessment options with you.

Basic Psycho-Educational Assessment | $2,350
Comprehensive cognitive and academic testing, document review, questionnaires, a detailed written report with recommendations, and a dedicated feedback meeting.

Comprehensive Assessment with Autism Query | $3,290
Includes all components of our core psycho-educational assessment alongside targeted neurodevelopmental evaluation and autism diagnostic measures.

*In select circumstances, you and your psychologist may mutually agree to a flexible pay-as-you-go structure (billed at an hourly rate plus specific test materials) if standard flat-rate packages do not fit your clinical goals.

Psychological services are often eligible for full or partial coverage through extended health benefits. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers.
